Such as I said in my last blog's entry or rather I tried, someday I'll invent a invent which will change the world. If I do something similar to this, I will probably be the dearest person in the world but I don't want to be arrogant. As soon as I have the opportunity, I'll try to do it and I hope that the opportunity occurs soon.
After much consideration, I've thought that the best invent that I can do is try to change the person´s life or at least, try to help them to they can live longer and have a good quality of life. Really, I decided this after I spoke with someone who has real problems to keep the weight, and I think this person has a bad life's style.
The first thing we have to know is what things we have to change to improve our quality of life. We must recognize which are these things or problems because each person is different to others and from this rule of individuality we'll start to modify our lifestyle. It'll be imposible unless each one accept it.
As soon as, we are aware of these things, we'll start to change our lifestyle without realizing, always we are fully convinced to have other way of life. To understand this, it can be modified, among other things, the nutrition aspects. The majority of the people don´t have a real conscience about her/his nutritional habits. I think that at the beggining, it's best to make small changes into the daily nutritional practice and rather than applying a diet as you know it, it would be better educating in correct nutricional practice. Among these, it might be the decreasing of meat with high levels of fatty acids, normally the majority of these fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids. Among them are: fast food, refresh, fried, sweetmeats, ice-cream, snack, fatty cheeses...Most of this meat are ingested out of the daily common hour to eat i.e., between foods. it is known as "pecking" and almost every time the food consumed are those which have been appointed above.
Other important aspects we are aware when we analise our lifestyle is the low amount of physical activity practiced in terms of energy expenditure. Often people are tired after work journey and in many occasions these persons have a sedentary job, as secretary, driver, student, etc. With simple dayly changes in our lifestyle, it is possible to increase the energy expenditure. Many of this thing can be done, even without include economic expense or big needs of time. In all cases be effective and many of them enough, only with go to work walking, or up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator, include some kinds of sports practice, or anything which we move. However, this isn't necessary for all the people so that they have to include some kind of sport activity adapted to his/her particulary conditions. Therefore, it is very recommendable to follow the advice of a specialist sports who indicate the programme which is adapted to you and your needs.

Finally, this two aspects are essential for improve in our healthy from a physical standpoint. Equally important is keep a healthy and friendly relationship with our family and friends. This part complete our social needs, so they will make us feel important, needed and loved. They will be our confidants, with who we will share and will talk about our events, feelings, concerns...
